The first step is to simply contact us. From that point on, a Solutions Architect will be assigned to your company and will serve as your primary contact from that point moving forward. The Solutions Architect will work with you in planning and designing your website and coordinate everything during the implementation and maintenance phase.
During the planning process the Solutions Architect will:
- Gather requirements
- Understand website and corporate goals
- Conduct end-user reseach
The next step will be with a Site Designer who will:
- Create hand-drawn prototypes to design structure and analyze site usability.
- Design your website based off of a template you choose, or from scratch.
- Produce hi-level prototypes, leading to the actual site templates that will be used by the engineering team.
At all times, you will have access to all documentation, research, and templates via our client portal. This allows you to measure the amount of work being completed and to ensure accuracy of information and goals.
